This hotel is ideally located, close to all the main sightseeing spots. It is right next to the pier, nestled down the mountainous area, and offers breathtaking views of Akan lake. The service provided by the staff here is exceptional, with attentive housekeeping ensuring a comfortable and clean stay. The hotel also has a well-equipped shop, perfect for any last-minute needs. The shuttle service is convenient for getting around, and the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. The room amenities, including heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities, added to the enhanced comfort. The in-room safe, towels, and free toiletries were a great convenience. The television and am/fm alarm clock provided entertainment options, while the carpeted floor added to the luxurious feel. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious breakfast and snacks. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The sauna, steam room, and hot spring bath were perfect for relaxation. The free Wi-Fi and luggage storage provided convenience, making this hotel a great choice for a comfortable stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great view of the lake and surrounding mountains - very picturesque. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. It was conveniently located near the bus station and within walking distance of some shops and restaurants.
The room was quite small and outdated. the hot springs were crowded and didn't feel very clean.

I stayed at a hotel by a stunning lake with shuttle transportation to a larger sister hotel. The Onsen was not big but I could use the larger hotel's onsen with two floors. I also loved the lake-facing room that had a beautiful view of the ferry. The staff was attentive and greeted me warmly in English. Additionally, the food selection was nice with a good variety of local and western food options.
Cannot find any fault.

We chose a hotel by a beautiful lake overlooking the pier. But what we got was a creaky old place with peeling wallpaper and a musty smell in the corridor. Though the staff at the door assisted us with our luggage and the breakfast was good, the room, especially the bathroom, was small and cramped. we were able to catch a glimpse of the lake through the window.

Convenient location near the national park and Lake Akan cruises. Good value package with dinner buffet and a beautiful view of the lake. Friendly and helpful staff.
The room was dated and basic compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast and dinner were average with limited variety. Noisy heating system and uncomfortable futon bedding.
